Customer Supply Chain Apprentice

About the role

This apprenticeship bridges the customer and Bosch's central logistics organisation, covering replenishment, transport and warehouse activities. You will support order tracking, delivery monitoring and help ensure high customer satisfaction while gaining exposure to digital supply‑chain tools.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between customers and the logistics team.
• Track and monitor customer orders and delivery dates proactively.
• Implement and manage solutions for customer requirements, including project coordination.
• Handle automated two‑way Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for orders, confirmations and related documents.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and monitor stock levels, addressing discrepancies.
• Create and analyse KPIs, defining corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement using digitalisation and automation tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn about AI, automation and digitalisation.
• Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills at all hierarchy levels.
• Structured, organised and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
• Interest in engineering, innovation or the automotive industry is beneficial.
