Customer Support Advisor – Leeds (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Advisor to join InfoTrack's Leeds team. After a probationary period you will work in a hybrid model, supporting clients who use our property search technology. The role focuses on delivering fast, professional assistance and building lasting relationships with law firms and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, log and manage incoming enquiries related to property search orders.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and provide clear updates to clients.
• Resolve enquiries within agreed service level agreements, collaborating with data providers and local authorities when needed.
• Guide clients through the search process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of InfoTrack’s products and services.
• Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
