Customer Support Coordinator

About the role

As the first point of contact for customers after their renewable energy system is installed, you will ensure a smooth, friendly and efficient after‑care experience. You will work closely with the operations team, installers and manufacturers to resolve queries and issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries and support tickets related to solar PV and battery storage systems.
• Assist customers with system setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Raise and manage warranty claims (RMAs) with manufacturers through to resolution.
• Schedule installers for remedial work at customer sites when required.
• Keep customers informed throughout the support process, providing clear and timely updates.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support the wider operations team to ensure projects and service requests run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems.

Required skills
