Customer Support Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing renewable energy organisation that operates a large portfolio of solar PV installations across the UK. As a Customer Support Executive you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and efficient experience throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email and written correspondence.
• Manage customer cases, ensuring timely resolution and accurate follow‑up.
• Review technician reports, update CRM records and progress actions accordingly.
• Maintain accurate company data and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with colleagues, subcontractors and third‑party suppliers to support operational processes.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating technician diaries.
• Provide general support enquiries and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of administrative experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, support or service coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
