About the role

We are looking for a friendly and adaptable Customer Support Officer to join a busy programme environment in Warrington. The role provides comprehensive support to parents, participants, schools and local authorities, handling a wide range of enquiries while delivering professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for a variety of enquiries.
• Handle queries from parents, participants, schools and local authorities.
• Provide guidance, practical advice and direct enquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Support expedition‑related queries and general programme information.
• Maintain accurate records and manage sensitive data.
• Take calls and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with general administrative and customer support tasks.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable and confident manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to manage a high volume of varied enquiries.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Desirable: previous experience in customer support or service.
• Desirable: exposure to education, youth programmes or outdoor‑based environments.
