Customer Supporter – Part‑time (Retirement Community)

About the role

Join Sanctuary Group as a Customer Supporter in a vibrant retirement community. This part‑time position involves welcoming residents, providing front‑of‑house support and creating meaningful activities that enhance daily life.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide front‑of‑house reception support.
• Create and lead individual and group activities tailored to residents’ interests.
• Promote, review and adapt activities to help customers achieve personal goals.
• Support customers in connecting with the local community and maintaining independence.

Required profile

• Ability to develop and lead engaging activities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Confidence in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
