Customs Clearance Administrator – Hybrid (Farnborough)

About the role

An established logistics and supply chain business in Farnborough is seeking a Customs Clearance Administrator. The position is hybrid, with one day a week working from home and four days in the office, offering a pathway from temporary to permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs clearance documentation with high accuracy.
• Support import and export clearances across multiple shipment types.
• Enter and maintain customs information in internal systems.
• Check invoices and supporting documents to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to resolve queries.
• Work to deadlines in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
