Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

Join a fast‑growing SecOps team within Accenture’s Cyber Practice. As a Cyber Security Analyst on the Blue Team you will use the latest intelligence and tooling to monitor, detect and respond to security incidents for a range of high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform security monitoring and incident response across cloud, endpoint and network environments.
• Develop, maintain and enhance detection content for the Splunk SIEM, mapping rules to the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Query high‑volume data sets to identify trends, anomalies and malicious activity.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting using client data and threat‑intel sources.
• Automate SecOps processes through scripting to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with an inquisitive mindset and strong interest in technical cybersecurity topics.
• Solid understanding of core concepts such as network security, cryptography, cloud security and digital forensics.
• Familiarity with common APT groups, their tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).
• Commitment to staying up‑to‑date with emerging threats and technologies.
