Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

Quorum Cyber is looking for a proactive Cyber Security Analyst to protect multiple client organisations. You will work within a Microsoft‑only security house, monitoring and responding to threats while helping to improve our unified security platform, Clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, triage and analyse security alerts, events and trigger incidents across client environments.
• Work directly with Microsoft security technologies to investigate and contain threats.
• Participate in incident‑response activities, providing timely actions to limit impact.
• Communicate technical findings to stakeholders and maintain clear incident documentation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and threat‑intelligence teams to create analytics, workbooks, playbooks and threat‑hunt procedures.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and suggest improvements to services and integrations.
• Research emerging vulnerabilities and threats to keep the platform up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cyber security and customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and continuous‑learning attitude.
• Desirable: SC‑200 Microsoft Security Operations Analyst certification.

Required skills

• Microsoft security technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Defender, Azure Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint).
• SC‑200 Microsoft Security Operations Analyst certification (preferred).
