Cyber Security Analyst / Lead

About the role

Join Chambers and Partners as a Cyber Security Analyst/Lead, responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation’s information security programme. Working hybrid in London, you will protect systems, data and digital assets against evolving threats while ensuring compliance with leading frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the information security strategy, policies, standards and procedures aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the creation and operation of an ISO 27001‑based Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans and penetration testing, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operation of security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus/anti‑malware, SIEM, vulnerability scanners and encryption solutions.
• Manage incident response activities from detection through recovery and post‑incident review.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to information security.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards including HIPAA, PCI DSS, NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials+.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and Infrastructure to embed security in cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), network, server and endpoint designs.
• Deliver security awareness training and support audit processes.
