Cyber Security Awareness Analyst

About the role

The Cyber Security Awareness Analyst reports to the CAA Deputy CISO and plays a hands‑on security leadership role within the Information Risk Management group. The primary focus is to design, implement, and manage the company‑wide Information Security Training and Awareness Program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies, plans, and support for the security awareness and training program.
• Create and deliver awareness materials through in‑person sessions, online learning platforms, newsletters, and email communications.
• Collaborate with technology and business leaders to align awareness initiatives with the highest‑risk activities and behaviors.
• Ensure program messaging clearly conveys security policies, is action‑oriented, and measurable.
• Identify relevant security signals and convert them into timely awareness communications.

Required profile

• Self‑driven professional with a strong mastery of security awareness concepts.
• Passion for data protection, personal information security, and effective communication.
• Broad cybersecurity experience and ability to translate technical signals into awareness opportunities.
• Experience working in an end‑user‑centric environment and delivering prompt, relevant communications.
