D2C Operations Assistant (Hybrid, Gatwick)

About the role

We are seeking a Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) Operations Assistant to support Nestlé Professional’s Channel Sales & Coffee Operations team. The role will help grow coffee solutions by setting up new business partners, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring smooth operation of D2C machines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup of new D2C business partners and locations, updating partner data as required.
• Maintain and monitor customer data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ensure data flow into SAP.
• Provide operational support for stock holdings, handling queries from customers and account managers.
• Ensure D2C machines are operational with minimal downtime.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on cup throughput, profitability and performance versus targets.
• Liaise with technical service teams, internal coffee trainers, external customers and the sales team to deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Results‑oriented with a proven track record of exceeding business objectives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing ambiguous situations.
