D365 Developer

About the role

We are seeking a D365 Developer to join a growing technology function supporting a major transformation programme in London. You will design, develop and support scalable Dynamics 365 solutions while helping drive adoption across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain D365 solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into value‑driven technical solutions.
• Work with Cloud, Power Platform and other development teams to deliver integrated member journeys.
• Apply modern engineering practices such as DevOps, source control, solution management, governance and deployment standards.
• Identify and challenge existing processes, proposing improvements that enhance efficiency, user experience and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing with Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (1‑2 days per week in the office).
