D365 Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Trainer to join a fast‑moving transformation programme. The role focuses on delivering live training on the Supply Chain Management module to end‑users and stakeholders, ensuring they can work confidently with the new system.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face training sessions on D365 Supply Chain Management across Wales.
• Facilitate remote training during the initial phase of the project.
• Manage training completion records and certify participants.
• Engage participants, answer questions and reinforce learning objectives.
• Collaborate with the transformation team to align training with project milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Learning or Training Consultant on large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, from end‑users to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to Wales and work on‑site four days a week once the programme ramps up.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract from June to October.
• Day rate of approximately £500 plus expenses.
• Hybrid work model – remote at start, then onsite in Wales.
