Daily Cover Supervisor – Primary Schools (Luton)

About the role
Join a local recruitment agency to provide daily classroom cover in primary schools across Luton. You will work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, stepping in to maintain continuity of learning when regular staff are absent.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day classroom cover for primary‑aged pupils.
- Lead the class, follow existing lesson plans and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Manage pupil behaviour and support individual learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with school staff and report any concerns.
Required profile
- Experience working with children in a primary‑school setting.
- Confidence to lead a class and maintain order.
- Strong communication and behaviour‑management abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
