Daily Supply Teacher – Flexible School Cover

About the role
Join a leading education recruitment agency as a Daily Supply Teacher, providing flexible, short‑term cover for primary schools across West Sussex. This role lets you choose when and where you work, supporting schools during staff absences while gaining varied classroom experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver subject‑specific or general teaching cover in the absence of regular staff.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments in Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and surrounding areas.
- Maintain high teaching standards and manage classroom activities effectively.
- Engage students to create a positive learning atmosphere.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (PGCE, QTLS).
- At least 3 months of UK teaching experience within the past four years.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
