Key responsibilities

• Provide subject‑specific cover or general teaching assistance when regular staff are absent.
• Work in multiple schools, including locations such as Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and East Grinstead.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments while maintaining high teaching standards.
• Organise and manage classroom activities effectively.
• Engage students to create a positive learning atmosphere and support their academic progress.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTLS).
• At least 3 months of UK teaching experience within the past 4 years, including university placements.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to professional standards and student development.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
