Daily Supply Teacher

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic primary‑school teachers to join our daily supply pool across Tower Hamlets. You will step into classrooms on short notice, delivering the curriculum for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and supporting pupils’ learning while maintaining a positive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons that meet the national curriculum for early years and primary phases.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning space.
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback to class teachers.
• Adapt teaching resources to suit diverse abilities and learning styles.
• Collaborate with school staff and report any concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
• Positive, adaptable and proactive attitude.
• Genuine passion for children’s development.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
