About the role
Join a network of welcoming schools across Redbridge and East London as a Daily Supply Teaching Assistant. This flexible position lets you choose the days you work while supporting pupils in primary, secondary and early years settings.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils individually or in small groups.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Provide calm, structure and positivity in busy classrooms.
- Help pupils with additional needs as required.
- Ensure smooth learning throughout the day.
Required profile
- Experience working with children or young people (school experience ideal but not mandatory).
- Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
- Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
