About the role

Join a network of welcoming schools across Havering and East London as a Daily Supply Teaching Assistant. This flexible position lets you choose the days you work while supporting pupils in primary, secondary, and early years settings.

Key responsibilities

• Support pupils individually or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Provide calm, structure and positivity in busy classrooms.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
• Help ensure smooth learning throughout the day.

Required profile

• Experience working with children or young people (school experience ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.
