Danish Client Service Associate (Remote)

About the role

Join Fisher Investments as a Danish Client Service Associate and support a dynamic team of investment professionals. You will work remotely while collaborating with sales representatives, investment counsellors, and custodial banks to deliver high‑quality client service across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with top banks (custodians) to handle administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist investment counsellors with relationship management and client inquiries.
• Produce reports on prospective client situations.
• Provide expert guidance on multiple subjects as responsibilities grow.
• Report to the Client Service Team Leader for training and development.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience; finance, economics or business studies are a plus.
• Native or fluent Danish and English communication skills.
• Strong phone and email communication focused on client service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Commitment to quality work within set timelines.
