About the role
We are partnering with a market‑leading business in Hemel Hempstead to hire a Data Administrator. The role will act as the central data specialist across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Workshop and Deployment departments, supporting the upcoming ERP migration.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the sole administrator authorized to input data into the Master Tracker.
- Review, verify, and reconcile data inputs from Deployment, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, Sales and Projects.
- Maintain, protect and audit the Master Tracker spreadsheet to ensure absolute data integrity.
- Format and standardise historical data across all departments to prepare for ERP migration.
- Document current manual workflows from each department to inform future ERP configurations.
- Schedule fortnightly cross‑functional S&OP meetings and track action items to deadline.
- Consolidate S&OP outputs to calculate, compile and publish the official list of required materials.
- Extract and compile reports from the Master Tracker for specific departmental requests.
Required profile
- Good Microsoft Excel skills for managing, manipulating and updating spreadsheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and assertiveness to enforce data standards.
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with and challenge stakeholders.
- Capability to handle high volumes of data from multiple streams without sacrificing accuracy.
