Data Administrator – Sustainable Energy Team

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Administrator to join the Sustainable Energy Team within Housing Services. In this hybrid role you will ensure that asset data is accurate, timely and reliable, supporting customer‑focused asset management programmes across Nottingham City Council.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, validate and maintain asset data across multiple systems.
• Resolve data quality issues and continuously improve data processes.
• Produce reports and insights to aid decision‑making.
• Respond to a high volume of enquiries from customers, colleagues and contractors.
• Coordinate appointments and documentation in line with legislative and organisational requirements.
• Support administrative, financial and meeting coordination tasks for the wider team.

• Ability to manage and prioritise workload in a hybrid working environment.
