Data Administrator – Temporary (Hybrid) – London

About the role

We are looking for a Data Administrator to support a small Training & Development team on a temporary basis. The role is hybrid, working Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm, for a leading wealth management firm.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the Training & Development shared inbox.
• Upload qualifications and supporting certificates, ensuring accurate entry and filing.
• Maintain clear records for review by the Training & Development team.
• Update records of requests and responses on qualification certificates.
• Extract data from qualification spreadsheets using Excel.
• Create reports on qualification status using Excel.
• Manage spreadsheets, filter data, and identify gaps or duplicates.

Required profile

• Previous experience with high‑volume data entry, document management or system maintenance (essential).
• Experience in financial services (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently, while also collaborating within a team.
