Data Analyst – 10-Month Contract (Hybrid)

About the role

Reed Technology are recruiting an experienced Data Analyst for a 10‑month contract. The role sits within a business intelligence and reporting function, delivering high‑quality data analysis, management information and performance reporting to support stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad‑hoc management information and performance reports.
• Extract, cleanse, validate and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards and data visualisations to communicate key insights.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities through detailed analysis.
• Support performance monitoring and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality across reporting outputs.
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
• Present insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Support benchmarking and performance reporting activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Data Analyst, MI Analyst, Reporting Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience extracting, manipulating and presenting data.
• Ability to create clear reports, dashboards and visualisations.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on data quality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
