Data Analyst – Hybrid, London

About the role

As a Data Analyst you will turn complex datasets into clear insights that drive strategic decisions. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with multiple departments to deliver high‑quality reports, dashboards and regulatory filings.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret large data sets to produce actionable insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Own regulatory and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct survey analysis and support business transformation initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements to data processes and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst, preferably in higher education.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with VBA (advantageous)
• Familiarity with Power BI (advantageous)
