Data Analyst

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join its London team. You will shape data‑driven decision‑making at scale across our iGaming CRM platform, influencing both product development and operator success.

Key responsibilities

• Define KPIs, metrics and analytical frameworks for the CRM platform’s reporting and intelligence.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to determine data capture, structure and presentation.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and self‑serve analytical tools for operators.
• Identify data gaps and lead initiatives to close them.
• Partner with operators to translate retention and engagement challenges into data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop scalable insight frameworks such as benchmarks, cohort analyses and segment performance models.
• Produce regular insight packages on player behaviour, campaign effectiveness and growth opportunities.
• Analyse campaign performance across targeting, delivery, engagement, conversion and retention.
• Define and evolve segmentation logic, player scoring models and lifecycle stage definitions.
• Establish A/B testing standards and support experiment design and interpretation.
• Build predictive indicators for churn, reactivation potential and player value.
• Act as the analytical authority in cross‑functional discussions and present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
