Data Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join a London‑based family office. You will work closely with the investment team across public equities, hedge funds, private equity and real estate, delivering high‑quality data and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimise data pipelines from market data providers, internal systems and third‑party platforms.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy across all analytical outputs.
• Design and maintain dashboards that report on performance, attribution and risk.
• Prepare regular investment reporting packs for internal committees and clients.
• Automate manual workflows and processes across the business.
• Document procedures, controls and methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a data analytics role, preferably within asset management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with investment teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools.
