Data and AI Business Partner

About the role

The Data and AI Business Partner works within AXA Global Healthcare’s Chief Data Office to drive insight generation, embed AI across business functions, and foster a data‑driven culture. This global position supports all AXA Global Healthcare units and collaborates closely with business teams to turn data into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise, oversee and define analytics initiatives that deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high‑value data and AI use cases and ensure analytics outputs meet specifications.
• Lead the development and delivery of automated business intelligence, from data enrichment with engineers to visualisation.
• Manage migration of existing analytics from SAS and Business Objects to a modern data stack.
• Promote adoption of self‑service analytics and AI platforms across the organisation.
• Contribute to data and AI governance, ensuring compliance with privacy, security and AI principles.
• Manage a high‑performing analytics team and nurture a culture of curiosity and innovation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Actuarial, Statistics or a related field.
• Significant experience leading analytics or data‑focused teams.

Required skills

• Understanding of data governance, privacy and security standards.
• Familiarity with AI principles and implementation.
