Data and Analytics Front Office Solutions Sales Vice President

About the role

As a Vice President in the Front Office Data and Analytics Sales team at J.P. Morgan, you will sell the firm’s data, research content and bespoke analytics solutions to both existing and new institutional clients. The role combines product expertise, client‑facing sales acumen and close collaboration with product and coverage teams to turn client needs into commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end new‑business development, strategic account coverage and product partnership to drive go‑to‑market priorities.
• Prospect, generate pipeline, execute sales and manage ongoing relationships with large institutional clients.
• Provide high‑touch coverage, arrange regular client sessions, pitch new services and capture structured feedback.
• Work with Data & Analytics Sales colleagues to progress and close deals across digital solutions, including platform‑based offerings such as DataQuery.
• Develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships to align client priorities with product and data content.
• Support Institutional Sales teams with messaging, marketing materials and product education.
• Collaborate with product groups to run campaigns, deliver client insights and influence product roadmap.
• Facilitate client workshops to understand needs and translate “Voice of Client” insights into product priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in selling data, research or analytics solutions to institutional clients.
• Strong ability to originate opportunities, manage complex sales cycles and maintain senior‑level client relationships.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product, content and coverage teams.
• Capability to translate client feedback into commercial and product strategies.
