Data Coordinator – Manufacturing (Process Lead)

About the role

KP Snacks is looking for a Process Lead, internally known as a Data Coordinator – Manufacturing, to manage Daily Management System (DMS) processes on‑site at Tanfield. You will use structured problem‑solving techniques to build employee capability and recommend actions that prevent or reduce production losses.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the Centre Line Management System and Changeover DMS for production lines, driving performance and efficiency.
• Identify equipment and process gaps through health checks, data analysis and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Equipment Owners, Line Leads and site teams to share knowledge, coach best practices and build operational capability.
• Eliminate machine losses, optimise changeover procedures and enhance daily line performance.
• Analyse machine data, implement counter‑measures and continuously evolve data capture and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of process control and an inquisitive approach to problem‑solving.
• Effective communication, interpersonal collaboration and coaching abilities.
• Hands‑on experience training others and driving change.
