Data & CRM Executive (Remote, UK)

About the role

Front Line Genomics is looking for a Data & CRM Executive to join its remote team. You will be responsible for sourcing, organising and maintaining data that fuels the company’s commercial and marketing activities, while becoming the internal HubSpot expert.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build databases of organisations and professionals relevant to Front Line Genomics’ products and services.
• Onboard, organise and perform quality‑control of data within the HubSpot CRM.
• Ensure marketing and commercial teams have access to accurate, reliable and actionable information.
• Develop and document data processes, structures and architecture to support scaling.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and insights as required.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a strong interest in data, spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Legal right to work in the UK and able to travel to London one day per month.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (or similar) experience.
• Proficiency with Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.
• Basic database management and data‑cleaning techniques.
