Data Delivery Lead

About the role

A leading UK financial services organisation is seeking a Data Delivery Lead to join its Data & AI function. The role will drive delivery of Data Resilience initiatives, ensuring critical data remains available, secure and recoverable while supporting regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery across a range of Data Resilience initiatives.
• Ensure critical data is available, secure and recoverable throughout its lifecycle.
• Identify resilience risks and gaps across data flows spanning middleware, cloud and core systems.
• Assess and manage data‑related risks, controls and remediation actions.
• Produce data tracking, reporting and structured analysis to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive outcomes and meet regulatory expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex change or data initiatives across multiple teams, preferably within financial services.
• Experience with Data Resilience activities such as reviews, assessments, testing, or lifecycle management.
• Understanding of data movement across middleware, cloud and core systems.
• Ability to identify, assess and manage data‑related risks and remediation.
• Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge and drive outcomes.
• Comfortable working with data tracking, reporting and structured analysis.
