Data Engineer – Business‑Changing Insights (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to own and evolve our Business Intelligence platform, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive innovation across the organisation. Based in Kent with a hybrid working model, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, build and maintain robust data pipelines and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Create, optimise and publish interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Model data structures to support scalable analytics and business intelligence needs.
• Ensure data quality, reliability and performance across the Microsoft technology stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data engineering or business intelligence roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve business problems through data.
• Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work on‑site at least two days per week.
