Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join a fast‑growing, sustainability‑focused organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. The role will be based in West London with a hybrid model (one day onsite) and will focus on building and evolving scalable data infrastructure on Microsoft Fabric.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Microsoft Fabric pipelines, lakehouses and end‑to‑end data solutions.
• Support the migration of CRM data into Dynamics 365, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Write, optimise and maintain SQL/T‑SQL queries for efficient data transformation.
• Develop and maintain data models to support reporting, analytics and KPI tracking.
• Monitor data quality, performance and reliability across platforms and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high‑impact data solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer in fast‑paced environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required skills

• Microsoft Fabric
• SQL / T‑SQL
• Python or PySpark (especially within Fabric notebooks)
• Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake
• Power BI
• Dynamics 365 (CRM migration)
