Data Entry Administrator (Equipment & Asset Management)

About the role
We are seeking a highly organised Data Entry Administrator to support our busy operational team in managing equipment and asset records. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and keeping systems accurate and up‑to‑date. Full training will be provided, so a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update Excel‑based asset registers.
- Check data for errors, gaps, and inconsistencies.
- Prepare and issue equipment to internal users following step‑by‑step guides.
- Configure devices as required.
- Support onboarding by preparing equipment in bulk.
- Chase and track returned equipment.
- Assist with audits and compliance activities.
- Provide a helpful and professional service to colleagues.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or data‑entry role.
- Strong Excel skills with daily spreadsheet use.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot data errors.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
