Data Executive – CRM (HubSpot)

About the role

As a Data Executive you will support the management, integrity and optimisation of EMJ’s CRM platform (HubSpot). The role offers a recent graduate the chance to gain hands‑on experience in data operations that drive marketing campaigns and business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and maintain data in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and up‑to‑date records.
• Build and update targeted lists for internal use, campaigns and reporting.
• Manage data imports and exports, maintaining consistency and correctness.
• Create clear CRM views and dashboards to support team workflows.
• Monitor data quality, resolve duplicates, missing fields and format inconsistencies.
• Support campaign activity with timely data pulls, selections and updates.

Required profile

• Curious, organised and eager to learn CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with some office experience.
• Comfortable working collaboratively and communicating data needs.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – data tables, filtering, sorting and basic analysis.
• HubSpot – CRM data handling and reporting.
• Basic understanding of WordPress (optional).
