Data Executive

About the role

The Data Executive will join a growing data team within a leading marketing agency in London. Working hybrid two days a week, you will support day‑to‑day data operations and help deliver multi‑channel campaigns. The role is ideal for someone seeking early‑career experience in data, CRM and marketing analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Build accurate data lists based on campaign briefs.
• Manage email marketing lists, including exclusions, uploads and hygiene.
• Prepare data for direct‑mail campaigns.
• Support reporting by creating charts, graphs and maps.
• Maintain and cleanse database records, handling bounces and unsubscribes.
• Assist with routine CRM and database administration tasks.
• Contribute to improving internal data processes.

Required profile

• Practical experience working with data in a commercial or marketing environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent attention to detail when handling large datasets.
• Good communication and collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Excel (data manipulation and analysis)
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Dotdigital or Mailchimp
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Dotdigital, Mailchimp)
