Data Insights Analyst

About the role

The Data Insights role is a full-time hybrid position based in London Central, with flexibility for some work from home. It involves collecting, cleaning, and managing data from multiple sources to support recruitment operations and business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources to support recruitment operations.
• Perform in‑depth data analysis and build dashboards and reports.
• Develop and maintain data models and monitor key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants and leadership to improve processes and outcomes.
• Document methodologies, ensure data quality and compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong data analytics and analysis skills to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience with data management, cleaning, integration, governance, and quality assurance.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in data science, statistics, mathematics, business analytics, or related field.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative recruitment environment.
