About the role
Veeva Link Key People empowers Pharma and MedTech leaders to identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) using real‑time digital and scientific insights. As a Data Lead you will drive the lifecycle of KOL data—from collection and quality improvement to visualization—ensuring the data becomes actionable for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into development initiatives and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Work with customer‑facing teams, product managers and software engineers to build high‑quality data features.
- Develop requirements, feature specifications and support product questions.
- Monitor data quality and propose new measurement methods.
- Communicate and coordinate across multiple teams to deliver data products.
Required profile
- 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in data and software product development.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, able to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, fast learning ability, and a team‑first work ethic.
