Data Management Lead (Snowflake, GitHub, Octopus Deploy)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Management Lead to design, build and operate enterprise‑scale data platforms for Infosys in London. The role will focus on Snowflake, Confluent Cloud, GitHub and Octopus Deploy to enable data‑driven initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end data management and integration solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable Snowflake data warehouses and ELT pipelines.
• Implement data governance, data quality and operational excellence practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data architectures.
• Support deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement of data platforms using GitHub and Octopus Deploy.
• Ensure compliance with development standards, best practices and release management processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Snowflake and Confluent Cloud expertise (table design, ELT, queries, maintenance, event streaming).
• Hands‑on experience with GitHub and Octopus Deploy.
• SQL proficiency.
• Working knowledge of Apache Kafka and basic Kafka topic maintenance.
• Familiarity with FiveTran data flows.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, visualisation, data organisation).
• Understanding of dimensional data‑model architecture.
• Guidewire data‑model knowledge (desirable) and GW certification.
