Data Product Manager – London (Hybrid)

About the role

This high‑visibility position sits at the heart of a fast‑scaling, private‑equity backed organisation where data drives commercial decisions. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will own a modern data platform at a pivotal stage of its evolution, shaping how data products are built, scaled and consumed across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data products, from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define and drive the data product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering and analytics teams across markets.
• Translate complex commercial and operational requirements into scalable, high‑quality data solutions.
• Oversee delivery on a modern data platform, challenging technical approaches and championing best practices.
• Support platform ownership activities, including incident management and operational governance.
• Communicate progress, risks and roadmap updates clearly to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in data‑focused roles across product, platform or analytics environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks in a production data platform.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, influence decisions and handle challenging conversations.
• Backgrounds in data engineering, analytics, product management or consultancy are all suitable.
