About the role

The Data Product Partner will bridge business needs and complex data systems, ensuring data assets are trustworthy, discoverable, and impactful. Working across domains such as Customer Care, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue, you will translate user problems into data solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive business data strategy by collaborating with leaders to identify high‑impact use cases and define data‑driven goals.
• Shape and prioritize demand, translating vague requests into well‑defined, measurable projects for the data teams.
• Manage the data portfolio for a specific business unit, aligning projects with capacity and strategic priorities.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis using lightweight SQL queries and Looker, providing quick insights and triaging requests to appropriate data specialists.
• Coach teams to self‑serve investigations, promote data literacy, and ensure insights are turned into concrete actions.

Required profile

• Experience moving fluently between business and data environments, acting as a primary data consultant and strategist.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for executives and data engineers, managing expectations and defining flexible roadmaps.
• Open to regular or senior‑level candidates who can demonstrate impact‑focused thinking.

Required skills

• SQL for lightweight data queries and validation.
• Looker for exploratory analysis and dashboarding.
