Data Programme Manager – £675/day Inside IR35

About the role

This contract position supports a leading financial services organisation undergoing a major transformation. As a Data Programme Manager you will drive data‑focused initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, data quality and platform delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate several data‑centric programmes, managing delivery plans, dependencies and risks.
• Act as Delivery Manager on larger initiatives, taking ownership of key projects.
• Work closely with senior leadership to improve governance, structure and stakeholder alignment.
• Own a flagship programme through its lifecycle, reporting progress and issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex data programmes within financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive governance improvements.
• Excellent organisational and risk‑management skills.
