Data Quality Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join a leading retail client on a 6‑month initial contract. The role is based in London and requires three days a week on‑site, supporting the improvement of data quality across HR, identity, and directory platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cleanse, and improve data quality at source across multiple global business units.
• Support data remediation and governance initiatives to enhance downstream integration with Active Directory and access‑management systems.
• Develop and implement controls around data input and governance.
• Facilitate remediation activities and translate data issues into actionable business requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of data quality improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with data quality, remediation, or governance projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and operational teams.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and data sources.

Required skills

• Active Directory (or similar identity systems)
