Data Quality and Insight Manager

About the role

The Data Quality and Insight Manager will join Newlon Housing Trust’s Business Intelligence team to ensure that data used across the organisation is accurate, reliable and actionable. Working from the purpose‑built offices in Hale Village, you will support decision‑makers with high‑quality reports and insights that drive better services for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, cleanse and validate data from multiple sources to maintain data quality standards.
• Create engaging reports and visualisations for senior leaders, service teams and external stakeholders.
• Benchmark Newlon’s performance against comparable organisations and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Analyse trends, identify anomalies and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with IT and service teams to embed data‑quality assurance processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with large datasets in a data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a natural curiosity for problem‑solving.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non‑technical audiences.
