Data Quality Coordinator & Personal Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Data Quality Coordinator who will also provide Personal Assistant support within the NIHR Clinical Research Facility at University Hospital Southampton. The role combines data management responsibilities with administrative assistance to ensure smooth operation of research activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the quality of information entered into the in‑house activity management system.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical and administrative teams to record activity accurately and on time.
• Provide training and day‑to‑day user support for the activity management system.
• Manage diaries, arrange meetings and support general administrative processes for senior staff.

Required profile

• Previous administrative experience in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across multiple teams.
• Highly organised, flexible and able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a range of IT applications (e.g., office software and database systems).
