Data & Reporting Analyst – Investor Relations (London)

About the role

The Investor Relations team of a global private equity firm is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to ensure data integrity, produce insightful reports, and improve operational efficiency across its CRM ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate data quality within the team’s CRM and related platforms.
• Design, build and deliver regular and ad‑hoc reports for senior stakeholders.
• Manage complex data workflows and support the integration of new tools and processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to align data across automation tools.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• Experience as a CRM power user, data‑operations or analyst within financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one major CRM platform (e.g., DealCloud, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or events platforms.
• Basic SQL or Python scripting skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities for data manipulation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication skills.
