Data Reporting and Analytics Lead

About the role

Global University Systems (GUS), an international education group, is looking for a Data Reporting and Analytics Lead to work closely with the Chief of Staff to the CEO and senior executives across the Group. The role shapes how performance is measured, reported and acted upon across a diverse international education business, turning complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient data collection and reporting processes across multiple business units.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and visualisations using Excel and Power BI.
• Create performance reporting frameworks that give clear visibility of organisational performance.
• Deliver insights and recommendations through advanced analytics and data interpretation.
• Work with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement.
• Turn complex datasets into concise, impactful presentations for executive audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high-quality delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, data quality and analytics capabilities.

Required profile

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or performance management.
• A track record of building dashboards and producing insightful management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate data into business actions.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
• A degree in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience operating within a large, complex organisation.
