About the role
We are looking for a Database Administrator to support our client’s data‑entry and administrative processes. The role is ideal for an experienced data‑entry administrator or a recent graduate with strong organisational skills. You will work onsite in Southall, handling routine database and communication tasks and working closely with the team to ensure data accuracy and timely communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, prioritising and responding according to defined guidelines.
- Maintain and update reports and trackers using Excel spreadsheets.
- Respond to customer correspondence and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Perform basic database management tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
- Keep database records accurate and up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- General administration experience, preferably in a data‑entry environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to commute to Southall on a daily basis.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
